  • Carol Suzal Aguilar, Quality Control Manager

    Carol Suzal Aguilar is a Group Psychotherapist with four years of experience in the field, specializing in group psychotherapy. Originally from Buenos Aires, Carol has worked across Italy, Argentina, and the United States, where she has connected with diverse cultures and learned various approaches to helping individuals cope with suffering. Her career in mental health began in 1992, and she has since developed a deep understanding of how to help people trust in themselves and life.

    Carol finds her work most rewarding when she sees the relief on clients’ faces as they express feeling better and achieving their goals. She creates a safe and supportive environment by listening with respect, compassion, and empathy and assuring clients of her confidentiality. Passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health, she encourages open conversations and aims to help people express their emotions without shame. Carol believes psychotherapy is a powerful tool for personal growth, coping with life’s challenges, and improving relationships.

  • Idalmis Leyva Rosales, MFT

    Idalmis Leyva Rosales, an RMHCI with over 10 years of experience, was born and raised in Cuba. She graduated with a degree in Clinical Psychology in 2014 and later completed her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling in Miami in 2019. Idalmis provides therapy for adults and teenagers, focusing on anxiety and depressive disorders, self-esteem, emotional management, gender identity, and end-of-life issues.

    Idalmis finds the most rewarding part of her work in the transformation she witnesses in her clients’ lives. By creating a safe and supportive environment where active listening, empathy, and respect are central, she helps her patients confront fears, gain confidence, and find purpose. Idalmis believes in the importance of normalizing conversations around mental health to break the stigma and create a culture of understanding. Her advice to those hesitant to seek therapy is to view it as an opportunity for self-care and personal growth, reminding them that everyone deserves to feel heard and supported.

    David Cajiao is a Master of Science in Psychology with specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy with more than 20 years of experience working in mental health. Helping Individuals, Couples, Families and Children to improve their lives and empower them with their own strengths to face any problem of daily life.

  • Maria De Achaval, MHC

    Maria de Achaval (Toti) is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with five years of experience specializing in Clinical Psychology. Originally from Argentina, she earned her degree in Psychology and pursued postgraduate studies in Cognitive Therapy. Before moving to the U.S. in 2021, she worked in school settings, supporting students as a clinical psychologist. Her approach integrates Cognitive Therapy with third-wave techniques to treat anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and more, helping clients navigate their emotional challenges with evidence-based care.

    Maria’s passion for mental health stems from her own transformative experiences with therapy. She prioritizes creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. She finds deep fulfillment in witnessing their growth and resilience. Dedicated to reducing the stigma around mental health, Maria believes in normalizing conversations about therapy and ensuring more people feel comfortable seeking help. She is committed to providing compassionate, effective care for lasting emotional well-being.

  • Ismel Melean, MFT

    Ismel Melean, known as “Angie” to her clients and colleagues, is a Marriage and Family Therapist with four years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, she earned her Bachelor of Science at Universidad del Este and her Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy at Carlos Albizu University. Her expertise includes anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, OCD, attachment issues, grief, adolescent behavioral problems, and gender and sexual identity. Passionate about fostering healthier relationships, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s needs.

    Inspired by a personal tragedy, Angie is dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental health and offering support to those in pain. She prioritizes creating a safe, empathetic space where clients feel heard and valued. Seeing her clients make meaningful progress and regain hope is the most fulfilling part of her work. Ismel prides herself on providing thoughtful guidance and support, helping individuals and families build resilience and emotional well-being.

  • Mariamne Herrera, BS

    I am a therapist with experience in areas such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, panic disorder, and family dynamics, providing compassionate and evidence-based care tailored to the needs of young individuals and their families. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop coping skills. The goal of my sessions is to make clients feel comfortable and, most importantly, not judged, so they can process their struggles in a safe space.

  • Jenyth Parra. RMHCI

    Jenyth Parra is a dedicated RMHCI with six years of experience helping individuals, adolescents, and couples navigate trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Originally from Colombia, she earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the Catholic University of Colombia before pursuing Master’s degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy at Albizu University. With specialized training in trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioral therapy, Jenyth provides compassionate support to survivors of domestic violence and members of the LGBT+ community.

    Believing in the power of personal growth, Jenyth is passionate about helping clients overcome challenges and find happiness. She creates a safe, supportive space through active listening, empathy, and collaboration, ensuring each person feels understood and empowered. Witnessing her clients’ transformations is her greatest motivation, and she is committed to breaking the stigma around mental health by encouraging open conversations and early intervention.
